Job Description

An established Wisconsin Towing, Auto, and Semi Repair facility with 3 locations, seeks a qualified and experienced operations manager. The position requires an understanding of Federal and State DOT regulations. Training and maintaining of proper staffing needs. Overseeing day to day operations with drivers, as well as dispatching. Increasing customers by making sales calls and customer service follow up visits. Candidate must have operating knowledge of Light, Medium, and Heavy-Duty Towing and Recovery operations. We tow from light to heavy duty, rotator, air bags, catch bags, clean up division, landoll and service truck. We also offer vehicle, trailer and heavy truck with sales and service. Personal communication skills are a must and ongoing customers and staff communications skills are a prerequisite. We are a family-based business with 20 plus years. We take pride in our work, equipment and employees. Willing to train right person. Will oversee day to day operations, motor clubs, police, customers, employees and equipment.
