Bills Towing Auto & Semi Repair was established in 1998 by Bill and his wife Kathy. A family-based business with 20 plus years’ experience, taking pride in our work, equipment and employees. We started out as a single location and has grown to a three-location facility in Wisconsin. Over the years adding different sizes and styles of tow trucks to the fleet as well as a rotator, the company keeps pace with the ever-growing need for towing services. The business also has a 10-bay repair center for all types of trailer, semi, and auto repairs.

Bills Towing and auto repair is looking for qualified tow truck operators to join their team. CDL is not required for the position. Applicants must have a clean driving record. It is preferred that qualified applicants have 1 year of towing experience. We are looking for someone that is willing to learn, communicates well and is able to problem-solve various situations on the road. Cleaning and Stocking Be able to multi-task Perform releases Good communication skills Computer skills Data entry Be able to work in a fast-paced office environment Be able to work with others as a team Pass a criminal background check Dispatchers must work well under pressure and respond to emergencies quickly and efficiently. Forty-hour weeks are standard; however, when emergencies occur, or the workload is particularly heavy, they may be expected to put in extra hours. Night, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.
